These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at saikitechsolutions.com (the "Site") operated by Saiki Tech Solutions Inc. ("Saiki Tech", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About us

Saiki Tech Solutions Inc. is a software company based in the Philippines. We design and build custom web, desktop and mobile software for clients, and we also develop and operate our own software products.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

use the Site in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or any connected systems;
interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing malware or running automated attacks;
scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of the Site without our written permission.

3. Our services

Information on the Site about our services is for general information only and is not a binding offer. Any custom software development work is provided under a separate written agreement, proposal or statement of work signed or accepted by both parties. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement prevails for that work.

4. Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, design, code and blog content, is owned by or licensed to Saiki Tech Solutions Inc. and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the Site and its blog posts for personal or non-commercial use, but you may not reproduce or modify our content without our prior written consent.

Ownership of software and other deliverables we create for a client is determined by the written agreement for that project.

5. Third-party products and links

The Site refers to products and websites that we or others operate, such as Chronoreon, SolydScope and Identytee, and it may link to other third-party sites. Those products and sites have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites, and your use of them is at your own risk.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete, accurate or up to date. Blog posts are general information and are not professional legal, financial or technical advice for your specific situation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saiki Tech Solutions Inc. and its directors, officers, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
